African Christian community in worship
Our Vision

Africa Transformed by God's Power

We envision African Christian communities that are fully alive in their faith, secure in their identity in Christ, and actively transforming the places God has placed them — one life, one family, one community at a time.

"Africa transformed by God's power, having infinite righteousness, one life at a time."

STAC Vision Statement

How We See This Vision Fulfilled

Our vision moves outward in three connected dimensions — from the heart of a believer to the life of a community.

Spiritual Transformation

Deepening the faith of African Christians through biblical discipleship, sound teaching, and a lived relationship with Christ that shapes every part of daily life.

Identity in Christ

Helping believers understand and embrace their identity as children of God — replacing shame, poverty mindsets, and displacement with purpose and dignity.

Community Transformation

Translating personal faith into practical, visible change across the Kyangwali community — health, education, livelihoods, and reconciliation.

Why Kyangwali?

Kyangwali Refugee Settlement in Kikuube District, Western Uganda, is home to tens of thousands of refugees from across the region — many carrying deep spiritual, emotional, and economic wounds from displacement.

We believe this community is not defined by its displacement, but by its potential for transformation. Our vision begins here, but is not limited here — we see Kyangwali as the first step toward a continent-wide movement of spiritually and practically transformed communities.
